Although I’m still on hiatus, I can feel the pull of the blogosphere again. I’ll be returning soon but in the meantime I’d like to share this wonderful review of “Birth of a New Brain” written by blogger/author Libby Baker Sweiger. Please check out Libby’s blog and thanks for stopping by to read her review!
See you soon with the latest goings on since I broke my jaw in February! ๐

โYes,โ said Piglet, โRabbitโs clever.โ
โAnd he has Brain.โ
โYes,โ said Piglet, โRabbit has Brain.โ
There was a long silence.
โI suppose,โ said Pooh, โthat thatโs why he never understands anything.โ

Iโve basically made mine a Science and information blog. I think Iโm going to keep it like that because I was just putting too much personal information on it ๐ and people werenโt reacting well to it. So science and information it is!
PS
Iโm not in twitter at all. So glad I see you here! Love, hugs, and kisses for you my sweet friend.
this is so wonderful book selection and review, enjoyable!!

Thanks a million, Cass! It would be an incredible honor to receive a review from you.
Wishing you a great Sunday! ๐
So is having brain a good or a bad thing? Interesting discourse between those two clever folks lol. With that I introduce my comment hahaha. What a privilege to get to write a comment again on my fair lady’s blog. I am now more comfy with this hiatus thing it just means ‘aurevoir’ a French word for ’till we meet again’. Ah lady, the review was so on point, am glad you are getting the quality over quantity ones after all. The message you are making in your memoir is one for slow consumption, digestion and regurgitation and can’t maybe not…be as number 1 yet. But to some like myself, knowing some of you and how long that ‘pregnancy’ lasted, your is a number 1. Take care of the jaw and joy and hopey read from you soonest hahaha
Is this President Abanga Phd (a.k.a. Ms. brilliant Brain) writing? ๐
Mark my words, some day I will need to contact your executive assistant before I’m allowed to communicate with you, Madame President or Chairperson or who knows! All I know is it will be good!
The privilege is mine to have such an esteemed lady such as yourself stop by here–it is very nice. I love your creativity and your fun-yet-prodound way with words – your brain is truly unique.
Did you see I watched your YouTube dancing video with your beautful, youthful mom? (Now we see where you got your beauty!!!!) & commented? Yes, I watched that brief video a few times. I almost got up to dance myself!
Hiatuses are good – I will be back. I won’t write as often as I did before (every Friday) but that’s okay, right? Like you said, it’s about quaity over quantity, you wise one.
Keep me posted about your escalating career, awards, etc.
Much love, now & always,
Lady Dy๐
Lady oh thanks to your prompt response to my whimpy comment, I remembered my due over a U-Tube following your August visit to my limpy but cozy channel hahaha. Thank you o
Oh, Dyane, what an amazing review: so articulate and incisive and clear. Everything she wrote is the absolute truth. I hope you can let it all in and bathe in it and luxuriate in it and know it to be true. ~~~Love, Star

“Everything she wrote is the absolute truth. I hope you can let it all in and bathe in it and luxuriate in it and know it to be true.”
What a gift to have someone’s time and energy create such a review, isn’t it? And I definitely will savor every line Libby wrote.

Sending you & Gene lots of ๐, Dy ๐๐
A broken jaw! Oh how difficult, especially if you are big talker like I am! On post partem bipolar disorder – people have a hard time understanding what they don’t experience. I feel fortunate I didn’t go through it. We want to be happy with our new babies. I want to thank you for coming to my blog. I put my life into educating people to the reality of the prisons. I hope you get a chance to read some of the book and music I’m writing. I’ll try to catch you when you are back writing again. Take care. Sonni
Thanks so much for your comment! I sent copies of my paperback books to several prison programs. I wish I could’ve sent more – just don’t have the money.
A wonderful friend of mine is a very active prison reform advocate and she’s the one who inspired me to send books. I want to thank you for what you’re doing to educate others about what prisons are truly like. Take good care of yourself and stop by early next year to say hi – I think I’ll be back here again regulary.

Thank you for visiting my blog.
